How do I qualify for a TCW Support Agreement?

Support AgreementSuccessful qualification for a Support Agreement begins with consultation. Existing and prospective IT systems and infrastructure are discussed and noted, the outcome of which determines whether an agreement is viable. Due to the customer specific nature of our Support Agreements time must then be spent determining support coverage and level, following which an agreement will be produced for signing.

If a TCW Support Agreement is accepted or we consider an agreement to be inappropriate, then a charge will not be made for consultancy.
